The JCADV offers training  on a wide variety of topics related to Domestic Violence awareness and prevention.

The JCADV supports programs, policies, and strategies to end Domestic Violence before people become victims and perpetrators.

There are laws in place to protect victims of Domestic Violence from employment, housing, and insurance discrimination.

Abuse is the improper usage or treatment of an entity, often to unfairly or improperly gain benefit.

Legislative Priorities for 2022-2023

The JCADV strongly advocates for laws that support and protect victims of Domestic Violence and their children and hold abusers accountable.

Our supporters must speak up and stand with us in the fight to End Domestic Violence in Jamaica.

OUR WORK

JCADV is determined to change our culture on Domestic Abuse and Violence.

We will achieve this vision by providing education, information, training, support, communication, survivor activism, and other services to empower and enlighten Jamaicans. 

We will focus on research, policy enforcement, and new legislation to prevent Domestic Violence in the first place.
