 CHILD CUSTODY

Most judges will in certain circumstances award temporary custody to the plaintiff but there may be a chance that the defendant may be granted visitation. If the plaintiff has concerns about the defendant having contact with the children, then it is important to contact an attorney or a court advocate before filing the Temporary Restraining order.
