The JCADV is a national, full-service hotline that serves victims, survivors, perpetrators, concerned friends, family, co-workers, and others seeking information on how to help someone experiencing Domestic Abuse.

The JCADV website and hotline provides confidential, private, respectful, and compassionate support to each chatter/caller/texter. We offer crisis intervention, counseling, options for escaping abuse, creating safety plans, direct connection to resources for immediate safety, and counseling.
